Question 1

How long until my site is ready?

Accepted Answer

A business website goes live in days, not months: the exact timing depends on scope and on having your material (copy, photos, logo). Before we start, you get the delivery date in writing.

Question 2

What does the monthly fee include?

Accepted Answer

The design and build of your site, hosting, the SSL certificate, security updates, backups and support by email or WhatsApp. Small updates, like new photos, hours or menu changes, are included too. Bigger new features are quoted separately, before we do them.

Question 3

What do I need to get started?

Accepted Answer

An idea of what you want to achieve, your content and your logo. Missing something? We sort it out together: we also write copy and source photos.

Question 4

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Monthly, by bank transfer or Wise. We're based in Argentina and send you an invoice every month.

Question 5

You're in Argentina. How does working together work?

Accepted Answer

Everything happens over video calls, WhatsApp and email, and our working day overlaps yours: we're 1 to 3 hours ahead of US Eastern and Central time. That's how we built the site for Pampa Empanadas, in Springfield, Missouri.

Question 6

Is hosting included? What about my domain?

Accepted Answer

Hosting is included in the plan. We recommend registering the domain in your name, so it's always yours; if you don't have one yet, we help you get it.

Question 7

Can you build my site in English and Spanish?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We build sites in English, Spanish or both, which helps when your customers speak both languages.

Question 8

Will it look good on mobile?

Accepted Answer

Always. We design for mobile first, since that is where most of your visitors come from.

Question 9

Can I update the content myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you want to. Sites with a blog, a menu or a catalog come with a simple panel and a training session. Or just send us the change and we take care of it.

Question 10

I already have a site. Can you move it or fix it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If your site is on Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Shopify, we move your content and set up redirects so you keep your Google rankings. We also fix the usual problems: an expired domain, a security warning in the browser, or a Google listing that points to a site that no longer works. Before we start we review your site and tell you what can be done.
